This website is operated by PRPL PINEAPPLE LLC (“prpl pineapple,” “we,” “us”), a strategy, technology, and leadership firm based in Fishers, Indiana. This policy covers information collected through prplpineapple.com and the forms on it. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact forms: your name, email address, organization, the services you’re interested in, an optional budget range, and your message.
- Client support tickets: your name, work email, details about the issue, and any files or screenshots you attach.
- AI readiness plan: your answers to the short questionnaire and the contact details you provide so we can send your plan.
- Email and calls: anything you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region), collected through Google Analytics.
- Security data: IP address and request details processed by our hosting and security providers to keep the site available and block abuse.
- Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information to tell people from bots.
How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and send information you ask for, such as an AI readiness plan.
- Provide services to clients, including resolving support tickets.
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Protect the site, our clients, and our team from fraud, spam, and security threats.
- Meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Retention + security
We keep inquiry and support information for as long as needed to respond, serve you as a client, and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices + rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal or contractual reason.
- Stop sending you emails. Just tell us, or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international privacy laws. We’ll respond to verified requests within the time the applicable law requires, and we won’t treat you differently for making one.
Client engagements
When we work inside a client’s systems, such as a CRM, donor database, or Microsoft 365 tenant, we process that data on the client’s behalf under our agreement with them. Questions about that data should go to the organization that controls it.
Children
This site is meant for organizations and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
